This web site is managed and maintained by Canvas Crib. At Canvas Crib we realize the importance of privacy to our guests.  We also realize that our guests may be concerned about the information that is provided to us, and what is done with that information. So this is a privacy policy that we created to assure you that we are committed to our responsibility to protect all customer information, and only use that information in ways that you choose. Canvas Crib does update their website so please refer back to this policy from time to time.

Our Policy

Canvas Crib does not gather personal information from anyone unless it is provided to us voluntarily and willfully at canvascrib.ca.  If you wish to browse our website we welcome you to do just that. As a browsing guest to canvascrib.com we will be recognizing your home server (example: that your web access is through AOL.com), but will not recognize your e-mail address or any other personal information.

All of Canvas Crib’s canvases are sold through the mail, so if you wish to purchase our products we will need for you to provide personal identifiable  information.  This information includes your name, address, phone number, and if you make a purchase online, we will require credit card information. All information is downloaded off of the web server and onto a secure system where it is maintained.

Our Customer List

When making an order online, you can choose to have your name added to a Customer list.  Canvas Crib will not share your email address with any other parties at any time.  If you would rather not receive mail from us, please inform us by mail, phone or e-mail. We ask that you include your name and address if you are using mail or e-mail.  We guarantee that your name is removed from our list.

Contact From Us

We also manage e-mail boxes so that we can effectively support our customers to the fullest.  We manage received e-mails everyday and make sure that we are doing our best to respond to those emails within a 48-hour period. We do save those emails that need attention until any issues are provided with a solution. We will not record any e-mail addresses unless you wish to provide it to us in your online customer service registration.

If you do provide us with your e-mail address, Canvas Crib may e-mail you every now and then about a product or service that may interest you.  If you would rather not receive  e-mails from us please follow the “Opt-out instructions that are included with our e-mails or please contact us at info@canvascrib.ca

Just like most companies, Canvas Crib uses “cookies” (these are small pieces of information stored on your computer) on certain locations of our website. Cookies enable us to manage your time with us. This allows us to keep all of your information together while you are visiting canvascrib.com. The information that is provided by you to Canvas Crib online is protected by using secured pages.  This is particularly enforced when asking for payment information.
